ARMENIA - *Passport and visa required. Visa for stay of up to 21 days, requires 1 application form, 1 photo, and $60 to $95 processing fee (fees vary according to processing time). For stays longer than 21 days, but not exceeding 90 days, an official invitation from a qualifying entity in Armenia is required ($35 to $65 fee). No fee for children under 18 years of age. Minors not accompanied by a parent or traveling with only one parent need notarized written parental consent from the absent parent(s). AIDS test required for permanent resident visa for applicants age 15 and older; tests taken in the U.S. are acceptable.
